Registration

Registration fees:

Prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF). *A confirmation of the student status needs to be shown at the meeting.

The registration fee includes: all conference sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and the conference programme.

Please note that the registration for the satellite events is independent of the registration for the meeting and needs to be done via e-mail to their organizers.

Registration guidelines

• The meeting is sold out. We cannot accept any further registrations.
• The conference fee can only be paid using credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express).
• Registration is binding and cannot be cancelled.

Problems during registration?

Even though the online registration system has been elaborately tested using different browsers and operating systems, some problems have been reported. We hope that this information is helpful to solve any problems during registration.

Problem (a) - You were redirected to the credit card payment site (Saferpay) but the payment process was not successfully completed:

Solution (a) - Please try to complete payment process again following these steps:

(1) Request a password for your registration using this link:

Please enter your e-mail address which you used for your registration. The password will be sent to you per e-mail.

(2) Login to the system using your e-mail and password using this link:

http://www.evento.ethz.ch/dispatch.asp?fct=Identifizieren&login=true&destination=dispatch.asp?fct=AnmeldungEdit$IDAnlass=1174

Here you can review and edit your registration. If you click "Save" you are again redirected to the payment site (Saferpay) where you can complete the payment.

Please note that the payment and registration process is completed only when your credit card payment is accepted on the Saferpay site.

If the problem persists, please try a different browser (cookies need to be accepted). Please also make sure that your credit card company supports international transactions.

Of course, we will take care that all unsuccessful payment and registration attempts are deleted and that you are only registered once for the meeting.

Problem (b) - After you entered your registration details and click "Save", you are not redirected to the credit card payment site (Saferpay)

Solution (b) - Please try a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact us.
